Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Order processing times
All our products are produced on demand, meaning we carry no stock. This enables us to reduce wastage and therefore our environmental impact.
On the downside, it does mean our supplier can’t ship immediately as items need to be produced first, we therefore recommend allowing up to two weeks for deliveries to arrive for most items, however there will be occasional issues where our supplier is awaiting stock of the base product, this can mean up to a 4 week wait before production, many will arrive sooner than this but we cannot guarantee it and we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed if ordering as a gift (some items have a longer lead time so please check the details carefully when ordering).
Shipping options and costs
At the moment we only ship within the UK but we are looking to expand this option in the near future.
With print on demand it means our shipping is all handled by our supplier, your order is produced on demand and shipped straight to you. The cost varies depending on the weight of your order, this is calculated live within your basket and so you will know exactly what you are paying before you complete you checkout. Prices start from just £3.59 and once shipped your order should be with you within 3-4 days.
Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of production-on-demand, it means your order is made especially for you, being only a small business it means we are unable to offer refunds and returns unless a product is faulty or we have made a mistake during fulfilment. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order do get in touch and we will do our best to work together to find a mutually acceptable solution.
